New Member Class

Pastor Michael will lead a class covering the basics of Methodism, how the modern United Methodist Church is pursuing our mission and vision, and how we are living these values out in our congregation. This class is intentionally designed for all people, including long-time United Methodists wanting to learn more and have an opportunity to discuss their questions about all things UMCD.

Get to Know Patti’s Closet

Patti’s Closet provides new and used clothing (at no charge) to low-income, at-risk families with small children.

This ministry address a lack of resources for the needs of infants and toddlers in our community. Clothing banks have mostly adult clothing, and since children outgrow their clothing very rapidly during the first two or three years, the need is great.

Small Great Things   The next Church Book Club will be Sunday, December 10th at 2pm. It will be held in room 1 (the library) at church. The book for December is: “Small Great Things” by Jodi Picoult.    Snacks will be provided.    Ten people attended the November meeting, and there’s room for even more!
